At Kayy's Kandie, we strive for sweetness in every bite, but due to the perishable nature of our confectionery products, we cannot accept returns once a package has been opened. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
Check Your Order
Upon delivery, immediately inspect your candy package for any signs of transit damage or shipping errors before opening the individual heat-sealed bags.
Document the Issue
Take clear photos of the damaged items and the shipping label on the outside of the box to help us process your claim with our couriers.
Contact Support
Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and the photos attached to initiate a refund or exchange request.
Receive Resolution
Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement batch at no additional cost to you.
